350 grams of strawberries
1 box of Lotus biscuits
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
150 ml whipping cream
1 spoon of icing sugar

Quarter the strawberries, add a large spoon of balsamic vinegar, let them marinated in the fridge for 15 minutes.
In a cold bowl, whip the cream and icing sugar.
Crush the Lotus biscuits.
In a tall glass start with a layer of biscuits, strawberries, ice cream biscuits, strawberries, and top up with whipped cream.
Add a few drops of balsamic on top.
